Governance Structure
The foundation maintains clear leadership roles for strategy, program oversight, finance, partnerships, volunteer coordination, and public reporting. Approved board, trustee, advisory, and executive leadership information will be published when ready for public release.
Board Oversight

Health work can involve sensitive personal situations. The foundation should protect children, families, patients, volunteers, and staff through consent-aware storytelling, private handling of submissions, respectful photography practices, and clear reporting boundaries.
Financial Responsibility and Reporting
Donations, grants, equipment, and in-kind support should be documented, reviewed, and used for approved purposes. Public reports should distinguish verified results from planned targets or unverified estimates.
