Introduce the organization, proposed contribution, health objective, intended community or geography, available resources, preferred timing, and any due-diligence or reporting requirements. Do not include patient records, passwords, or confidential beneficiary data.
How are partnership inquiries reviewed?
Inquiries are handled privately and reviewed for mission fit, community relevance, delivery capacity, safeguarding, risk, resources, and the practical requirements of the proposed work. Additional due diligence depends on the scale and nature of the opportunity.
Does submitting a form create a partnership?

Potentially. Equipment must answer a confirmed need and be safe, functional, documented, compatible, maintainable, and affordable to deploy. Donors must wait for written acceptance before purchasing, shipping, or delivering an item.
How are budgets and in-kind contributions managed?
The parties agree eligible costs, procurement and payment responsibilities, asset handling, documentation, change approval, and proportionate financial reporting. In-kind support is reviewed for suitability, safety, restrictions, and total cost.
How does the Foundation protect data and privacy?
OHF prioritizes minimum-necessary data collection, controlled access, secure handling, aggregate reporting, ethical use, consent-aware storytelling, and private treatment of inquiries and internal notes.

What happens when a partnership ends?
Closeout should address final delivery and financial reporting, unresolved risks, assets, data, records, communications, community follow-up, learning, and any transition or sustainability responsibilities agreed by the parties.
