Volunteer FAQs
Who can apply? Doctors, nurses, midwives, laboratory professionals, pharmacists, imaging professionals, public health professionals, students, community mobilizers, administrators, media volunteers, fundraisers, logistics volunteers, and general volunteers may apply.
What happens after I apply? The team reviews your application for role fit, skills, availability, location, safeguarding, privacy, and current outreach needs. You may be asked for more information or invited for a short interview.
Will I receive a volunteer account? Only approved volunteers may receive a restricted account for assignments, resources, acknowledgements, and certificates.
Can I volunteer without medical training? Yes. OHF also needs support for logistics, administration, media, fundraising, outreach flow, data entry, and community communication.
