Funding Arrangements We Can Explore
Depending on alignment and eligibility, OHF can discuss project grants, program support, pilot funding, capacity-strengthening awards, consortium participation, challenge funds, corporate foundation support, and multi-year collaboration. Each opportunity is assessed against mission, community need, delivery capacity, eligible costs, restrictions, co-funding, risk, compliance, and reporting burden.
Program and Due-Diligence Readiness
OHF aims to provide proportionate organizational and program information through an agreed process. Depending on the opportunity, this may include registration and governance information, relevant policies, leadership contacts, program logic, implementation plans, budgets, safeguarding and data-protection arrangements, monitoring measures, risk controls, banking or financial documentation, and prior delivery evidence where available.
Requests for documents are reviewed before release. Sensitive organizational, banking, personnel, participant, or partner information is not published openly and may require a secure exchange method or confidentiality terms.
Monitoring and Reporting
Measures should be useful, feasible, and connected to the funded scope. OHF distinguishes planned targets from verified delivery and generally reports aggregate information. Reporting may include activities completed, reach, geography, outputs, referrals or follow-up where responsibly available, expenditure against budget, risks, adaptations, learning, approved communications assets, and closeout actions.
Opportunity Review Process
- Share the funder, objective, eligibility, geography, amount or range, deadline, restrictions, and required documents.
- OHF reviews mission fit, capacity, safeguarding, financial and operational risk, evidence needs, and the feasibility of a compliant application.
- If aligned, authorized contacts confirm the concept, budget, measures, responsibilities, and submission process.
- OHF completes approved due diligence and application steps; submission does not guarantee an award.
- If funded, the parties establish delivery, payment, change control, reporting, communications, audit, and closeout arrangements.
Share a Grant or Institutional Funding Opportunity
Provide the funder or organization, contact details, funding area, approximate range, deadline, eligibility, and a link or non-sensitive brief. Do not upload passwords, bank credentials, beneficiary records, or other confidential personal data.
