Osmond Health Foundation aims to use donations for approved charitable and programme purposes, supported by appropriate authorization, documentation, reconciliation, and review. This page does not make a tax-deductibility claim or substitute for professional advice.

Donation Records and Reconciliation

GiveWP is the authoritative website donation record. Payment collection and verification remain with the enabled gateway. Finance review should reconcile the donor, amount, currency, form or campaign, gateway, transaction reference, status, date, and receipt without publishing private donor data.

Designated Gifts

A requested purpose is reviewed against programme need, feasibility, available resources, and any written donor agreement. If circumstances materially affect a restriction, the foundation should contact the donor where appropriate before changing the agreed use.

Reporting

Public reporting should distinguish confirmed results from plans, targets, forecasts, and estimates. Annual reports, project reports, and verified programme updates should be published through the foundation’s approved reporting process when available.

Privacy and Donor Information

Donor names, contact details, payment references, private notes, and donation history are not public records. Access should be limited to people who need the information for processing, support, reconciliation, reporting, compliance, or security.

Refunds and Corrections

Contact the foundation promptly if a donation was duplicated, entered incorrectly, or may have been unauthorized. Include the GiveWP receipt or donation reference, but never email card details, a PIN, one-time password, or gateway credentials. Requests are reviewed against the payment record and applicable policy; approval is not automatic.
