This can happen when checkout is cancelled, interrupted, declined, or still awaiting confirmation. No successful donation should be assumed from this page.

Before retrying, check for a GiveWP receipt or payment confirmation so you do not create a duplicate donation.

What you can do

  2. If no completed donation exists, return to the GiveWP form and try again.
  3. If you are unsure, contact the foundation before submitting another payment.
