Osmond Health Foundation projects are organized around practical health access needs. Each project should define the community need, target population, delivery partners, volunteer roles, supplies, reporting plan, and follow-up pathway before public activity begins.

- Community Screening Days: mobile screening, health education, and referral guidance delivered with local partners.
- Maternal Health Education Circles: caregiver education, pregnancy preparedness, child health guidance, and safe referral messaging.
- Volunteer Field Readiness: orientation, role assignment, logistics planning, safeguarding reminders, and documentation standards.
Completed Projects
Completed project records should summarize the community served, activity date, responsible team, services delivered, verified reach, lessons learned, and next steps. Public reporting should use approved data and consent-aware images.

How Projects Are Reviewed
Project reviews compare planned objectives with field records, referral notes, partner feedback, volunteer reports, supply usage, and community response. The goal is to improve the next activity while protecting dignity, privacy, and public trust.
