Volunteer Code of Conduct

  • Respect every person, community, colleague, donor, and partner.
  • Work only within your approved role, qualifications, supervision, and scope of practice.
  • Protect volunteer, donor, patient, beneficiary, and community information.
  • Do not photograph, record, publish, or share identifiable people without approved consent and guidance.
  • Attend confirmed assignments on time or notify the coordinator as early as possible.
  • Report safeguarding, safety, privacy, conflict of interest, or conduct concerns promptly.
  • Do not request or accept personal payments, gifts, private medical favors, or unauthorized donations during OHF activities.
